Intake and consent, done on your phone
You get a secure link after booking. Health history and consent take about five minutes, so your appointment time is spent with the practitioner.
Assessment first
Your practitioner asks about your history and goals, then assesses movement, strength and function. Nothing is treated before it's assessed and explained.
A plan you understand
You leave knowing what was found, what the plan is, how many visits are suggested and why. You can ask for it in writing.
Billing and rebooking at the desk
We submit the claim while you're there and show you the remaining balance. Follow-ups are booked before you leave or from the reminder text.
What to wear
- Clothes you can move in. Shorts for knee, hip or ankle visits; a tank top or loose t-shirt for shoulder, neck and back.
- Running shoes if your visit is about walking, running or sport.
What to bring
- Your insurance card or plan details for direct billing, and your Alberta Health Care card.
- A referral if your plan needs one to reimburse. The direct-billing checker above tells you.
- Claim number and adjuster details for MVA or WCB visits.
- Imaging reports if you have them. We don't need the images themselves.
Cancellations
- Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice by replying to your reminder text or calling. Late cancellations and missed visits are charged at the posted fee, which insurers do not cover.
Fewer missed visits. Faster appointments when someone cancels.
You choose how we reach you. Every message has a one-tap reply to confirm or reschedule, and opt-out is one word.
- Confirmation the moment you book, with your intake link.
- Reminder 24 hours before, with reply-to-confirm or reschedule.
- Waitlist fill if you asked for something sooner and a slot opens.
- Follow-up nudge only when your practitioner has recommended another visit and none is booked.
Messages are automated, sent with your consent and never include clinical details; questions about your care go to our team. We do not send review requests for physiotherapy services.

Answers before you book.
For questions about your own symptoms or whether treatment is right for you, book an assessment or call 403-555-0135 and ask to speak with a practitioner.
Do I need a referral?
Not to book with us. Physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists in Alberta are direct-access, so you can book straight in. Some extended health plans require a physician's referral before they reimburse; the direct-billing checker above shows whether yours does.
Which insurers do you bill directly?
Most major extended health plans, including Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife, Green Shield, Medavie, Equitable Life, Desjardins and iA, plus Alberta motor vehicle accident claims and WCB Alberta. We submit at the desk and you pay only what your plan doesn't cover.
How long is a first appointment?
Physiotherapy initial assessments are 45 minutes, chiropractic initial visits 40 minutes, and pelvic health or vestibular assessments 60 minutes. Follow-ups are shorter. Massage is booked by length: 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
Can I see a physio and a chiropractor at the same clinic?
Yes. With your consent, our practitioners share notes so you don't repeat your history and the plan is coordinated. You decide who you see; nobody is required to see more than one discipline.
What if I'm injured in a car accident?
Alberta's automobile insurance protocols let you start physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment quickly after a collision without waiting for a referral. Bring your claim number and adjuster details, and we handle the forms and bill the insurer directly. Call us and we'll explain the steps for your situation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel free with 24 hours' notice, by replying to your reminder message or calling. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the posted fee, which insurers do not reimburse.
