About XMetaSol
Our story
XMetaSol Inc. was founded in Calgary, Alberta in 2024 by Muhammad Omer Pervaiz. The idea was simple: small and mid-size businesses deserve the same quality of websites, search marketing and software that larger companies get, explained in plain language and without the agency runaround.
We’re a young company, and we’d rather tell you that than invent a long history. What we offer is focus, a direct line to the founder and a team that cares about getting your project right.
Mission
Our mission
To help Calgary and Canadian businesses grow online and work smarter, with technology that’s practical, honest and built to last.
Values
What we value
Honesty
We tell you what will work, what won’t, and what it will cost before we start. No inflated promises.
Clear communication
Plain language, written scopes, regular updates and a reply within 1 hour during business hours.
Practical solutions
We recommend the simplest tool that solves the problem, not the most expensive one.
Your ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own your website, content and custom code, along with the logins.
Process
How we work
Listen
A free call to understand your business, customers and goals.
Plan
A written scope, timeline and quote. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Build
We design and develop in stages and share progress for your feedback.
Launch and support
We test, launch, train you on your new tools and stay available for ongoing support.
We’re based in Calgary and work with a remote development team, which lets us take on web, SEO, AI and software projects of different sizes while you keep a single point of contact. Calgary clients can meet a local XMetaSol representative in person. Our founder works with every client by phone or video call.
