Dental Marketing & Websites for Calgary Clinics

Patients choose a dentist the way they choose most things now: on their phone, in a few minutes, based on what they can see. We help Calgary dental clinics present clear, accurate information, make booking easy, and keep recall schedules full, while staying within the College’s advertising standards.

The challenge

What Calgary clinics are dealing with

  • New patients compare clinics in minutes

Location, hours, whether you’re accepting new patients, how to book: if any of that is hard to find on a phone, a prospective patient moves on to the next result.

  • CDCP questions are flooding the front desk

Many patients are new to dental coverage through the Canadian Dental Care Plan. About 449,000 Albertans were enrolled in the plan for the 2025–26 benefit period. They want to know whether you accept the plan and what to bring, and they often ask by phone.

  • Recall gaps and no-shows

Hygiene recalls drift, appointments get missed, and every empty chair is lost time for your team.

  • Phones ring during the busiest hours

Front-desk staff are checking patients in, handling insurance and answering calls at the same time. Calls go unanswered, and some of those were new patients.

  • Marketing has to follow the rules

Alberta dentists are responsible for all advertising done for their clinic, including by agencies. Claims must be truthful, accurate and not misleading. Many familiar marketing tactics don’t fit those standards.

Launch · Grow · Automate · Scale

What we do for Calgary dental clinics

  • Launch: a patient-friendly clinic website

    • Clear essentials on every page: location, hours, parking or transit notes, “accepting new patients” status, and a booking button.
    • Treatment information pages (preventive care, fillings, crowns, emergency appointments, orthodontic options) that explain the treatment in plain, factual language without outcome promises.
    • A CDCP information page: whether you accept the plan, what patients should bring, and links to the official Government of Canada information.
    • Team pages showing each dentist’s registered credentials and, where applicable, recognized specialty status, exactly as registered.
    Web Design & Development
  • Grow: local SEO and Google Ads for clinics

    • Google Business Profile optimization: categories, services, hours and holiday hours, photos and Q&A.
    • Pages for the communities your patients come from, plus content that answers common patient questions.
    • Google Ads managed in-house by our own team, with ad text held to the same CDSA standards as your website: factual, no superiority claims and nothing your clinic hasn’t approved.
    • Monthly reporting on calls, booking requests and visibility, with no vanity metrics.
    SEO & Local Marketing
  • Automate: fewer calls, fewer gaps

    • Online booking or booking requests connected to your practice software where it supports it.
    • An AI phone answering agent and website chatbot that answer routine questions (hours, location, CDCP acceptance, what to bring), take booking requests and messages, and hand off anything clinical to your team. They identify themselves as automated and don’t give dental advice.
    • Recall and reactivation reminders by text, WhatsApp or email, with consent and opt-out handled.
    • Missed-call text-back during busy hours.
    AI & Automation
  • Scale: patient tools

    • Digital intake and medical-history forms that patients complete before arriving, built around your privacy requirements.
    • Custom dashboards that bring booking and recall data into one view.
    Custom Software & Apps

Launch starts with our 5-day website: your core site live in 5 business days once the scope is approved and we have your questionnaire, logo, photos and domain access. Written scope and free quote first, copy help included, 2 revision rounds, and 30 days of free fixes after launch. You own everything once it’s paid for.

CDSA standards

Marketing that respects your College’s standards

We write to the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta’s Advertising Statement and Code of Ethics, and we flag anything you should review. Your clinic stays responsible for approving every word. In practice, we:

This describes how we work. It isn’t legal advice: the College’s current documents are the authority. Read the CDSA advertising information.

  • Keep all statements truthful, accurate and verifiable. We avoid “best”, “top” and superiority claims, and before-and-after promises.
  • Don’t advertise prescription drugs or Class II–IV medical devices for sale beyond what federal rules allow. We describe treatment options factually instead.
  • Use titles such as “specialist” only where the dentist is registered as a specialist.
  • Don’t write or publish testimonials for you. If your clinic chooses to feature patient feedback, it’s your decision under CDSA guidance, with patient consent.
  • Keep patient information out of marketing systems unless it’s needed and consented to.

Search

How patients search for a dentist

We build content around how people search: dentist in Calgary, family dentist, emergency dentist, dentists accepting new patients, dentists that accept CDCP, dental cleaning and teeth whitening, plus community-based searches like “dentist near me” in the neighbourhoods you serve. Each page gives patients clear, accurate information rather than repeating phrases.

Process

How it works

  1. Discovery call

Your services, booking setup, practice software and patient mix.

  2. Written scope and quote

Including time for your clinic’s compliance review.

  3. Build and review

Your core website is live in 5 business days once the scope is approved and your content is in, plus the time your clinic needs for its compliance review. Booking and reminder automation usually under a month. Digital intake forms or a basic patient app typically within 2 weeks.

  4. Grow

Monthly reporting and seasonal reminders (for example, around benefit-year resets).

FAQ

Dental marketing FAQs

Are your websites compliant with CDSA advertising rules?

We write to the CDSA Advertising Statement and Code of Ethics and flag anything that needs your review. Under those standards, the dentist remains responsible for all advertising, so your clinic gives final approval before anything goes live.

Can you add a CDCP page?

Yes. We’ll explain your clinic’s participation in plain language and link to the official Government of Canada pages. We don’t describe coverage details on the government’s behalf.

Will the AI phone agent or chatbot give dental advice?

No. They handle routine questions like hours, location, booking and what to bring, and pass anything clinical or urgent to your team.

Can you run Google Ads for our clinic?

Yes. Our own team manages them in-house. Ads are written to the same standards as your website, so no superiority claims or outcome promises, and your clinic approves the ad text before anything runs.

Can you connect online booking to our practice software?

Often, depending on the software and what integrations it allows. We’ll confirm during discovery and recommend the simplest option.

Do you guarantee new patient numbers?

No. We commit to the work, report transparently on calls and bookings, and adjust based on what the data shows.

How do we meet?

Calgary clinics can meet our local representative in person. Our founder works with clients by phone or video. We reply within 1 hour during business hours.
